The Christopher A. Pugh, II Center for Men (CPC) is a
non-profit organization dedicated to empowering
males (youth and adults) through innovative
technology-focused workforce development and career preparation support services. The CPC in partnership with Milestone of TN is providing services in both correctional and community settings. While the core program design remains the same from location to location, services details, resources, and the types of individuals served (youth and adults) may vary.

The CPC is committed to breaking the intergenerational cycle of poverty, mental health, and incarceration; forging new pathways to economic opportunities for those who have traditionally been denied access.

Young men with limited opportunities to explore innovative programs

Male Veterans

Opportunity Youth (boys between the ages of 16 and 24 who are neither employed nor enrolled in school)

Youth specifically young boys currently or formerly involved in the juvenile justice system

Justice-impacted males (incarcerated, formerly incarcerated, on probation/parole)

Homeless Men

Other system-involved males (TANF, SNAP, WIC recipients)
